Acouvic delivers across all seven UAE emirates. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only — delays may occur due to courier capacity, remote locations, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.

Acouvic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or dissatisfaction with third-party product quality.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the website, the accuracy of product listings sourced from third parties, or the fitness of any product for a particular purpose unless explicitly stated.

For drop-shipped and third-party fulfilled products, all warranties — where they exist — are provided solely by the respective brand or manufacturer. Acouvic expressly disclaims all liability for the quality, performance, or suitability of such products.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions set out in that policy.

Key points: defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt with valid photo or video proof; refunds are processed exclusively via UAE bank transfer (IBAN) within 7–14 working days of approval; Cash on Delivery orders are not refunded in cash.

Your use of acouvic.store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy, in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).
